Didn't do well
I did okay this weekend, hard with company in town. Not entirely great today either, but I'm getting on the bandwagon. More fruit and veggies in general. Long live healthy foods. Bye, I have to go drink more water.

Fruit & Veggie Day
....on the cabbage soup diet! We're only doing it for five days though, and I hope it jump starts some good habits like eating more fruits and veggies and drinking more tea then red bull. So far so good, I actually don't mind it - just missing a little protein but we'll make up for it. Wonder how many points it is?
