Hump Day

hehehe.

So today my goal is no Starbucks, not even hot chocolate. I have half of my coke zero from yesterday and then after that the goal is no more soda during the week...slowly but surely...baby steps! :)

2 pts - yogurt
2 pts - 3/4 of a banana...the rest was brown and gross.
5 pts - Banana Nut Bread Protien/Energy bar
8 pts - Chicken & Cheese Quesadilla (actually two 4-pt servings, but who's counting?? Oh wait! I am!)

Like 2 sips of water. I didn't bring my bottle of water today and drinking out of a cup isn't the same...how's that for a lame ass excuse!

only done a half a cup of water. HUNGRY. Is it lunch time yet?

My damn toes hurt.

What does that have to do with food you ask?

EVERYTHING at this point.

Exercising makes my toes hurt - I think its because I can't find the perfect length for my nails and jogging on them for 30+ minutes HURTS after a while. I love my shoes. Maybe I need thicker socks too? UGH.

I've gone back down from what the scale said yesterday (the post about the scale being mean), that is good. But will I ever meet my goals?

UGH.

I'll just keep on chuggin along, because the alternative IS worse (just debating on which is more enjoyable today). Ya know?!
