You're back!

Oh the page felt so empty without you. I need you to bitch with me, don't ever leave me again!

I really didn't want to exercise this morning. I did, and am glad its over with - but according to my schedule I have to go back and lift weights after work. It's better with a plan, with a schedule. Need to feel like I have to do it, or something.

I ate bad things yesterday. Going to focus on that - two scoops of rainbow sherbert ice cream in the middle of the day. Trail mix. Beef jerky. Big serving of pasta (it says low carbs and had 12g of protein?!). A whole peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Edamame. Cheese stick. Cheese on my beans and corn (leftover from burritos). Cottage cheese. Sour cream on everything. It wasn't necessarily bad things, just really BAD QUANTITIES. No water. No soda either, but no water.

Today is a new day? Started with an apple. And water.
