I'm starting off with just water today, probably still stuffed from all the dessert I had last night (shush). 8:05 am
It didn't last long.......
2 - yogurt 9:05am
4 - chili with no sour cream! 10:30am
2 - dried fruit 1/4 c. 12:48pm
9 - Chicken wings
3 - weight watcher dessert
1 - two fudge pops, 40 calories each baby
2 - beef jerky
2 - cheese on my salad
25 - running total
only 2.5 waters, will work on that before bed!
