Cleansed and Reborn...

Or something. It's not raining here, but I'll roll with it... :)

Went grocery shopping last night...got food for breakfast, lunch, morning snacks and afternoon snacks, and then got up and packed my lunch this morning. Woo Hoo! :)

2 pts - Yoplait light...the old standard. Worked last time!
2 pts - 1/2 cup Curves Cereal (in my yogurt..it's actually 3 pts for a serving and a serving is 1 cup, but I wasn't too precise on the measurments, so I"ll go with 2 pts)
5 pts - Toffee Nut Buzz Protien Bar (mid morning snack - totally hit the spot)
6 pts - Smart Ones Frozen Dinner
2 pts - 100 cal pack of Sun Chips
1 pt - Baby carrots
0 pts - Coke Zero (20 oz)
4 pts - iced tall non-fat peppermint hot chocolate (yeah, I iced my hot chocolate, what??) :)
**Not sure how many points dinner was...Amy, Stacia and I split a Trader Joes frozen cheese pizza (I'll have to look up the nutritional info next time I'm there), so we each had two slices, then a baby spinach and romaine salad and fruit salad with a little whipped cream for dessert. All in all fairly healthy, though I think portion sizes were a little big.


I need to be drinking more water though! K, I've had 48 ounces of water thus far today. I like the word thus. Anywho...48 ounces is good. If I can down another bottle (24 oz) before I leave and one more at home, I will be happy with today's water consumption.

Time to plan out meals!

I went on Weight Watchers.com and you can search for recipes..by meal time, by ingredient, by point value, by type of diet, etc. It's actually pretty cool...recipe finder or whatever...do you still have my logon?
