I'm so excited, the scale was good to me this morning! It could have something to do with the fact that I had literally just come back from the gym this morning but either way I lost a pound! Wooowhooo!
EVERY ONE COUNTS. Everyone counts. I like this little play on words phrase - ok computer is taking WAY too long to archive some emails (I have to before I lose them) and I so don't have time to wait. UGH.
