So I've been bad again with working out - besides walking Dixie. But no lifting weights and maybe one jog a week for the last six (I hate it when we go to cold weather and when I get sick, it all falls apart!). We're out of our normal routine, must get back into it!
But....
I haven't gained a ton of weight either. Just afraid I've turned my muscle back into to blubber. :-( But I'm still under 150!
Get back on the wagon.... saddle up... you can do it! You need to do it... summer is coming... vacation in 6 months.... must... wear.... bikini.....
