Turkey Hangover

Ok, back on the horse...

(the low-fat, low-cal, high fiber horse,ahahahah)

5 pts - Spinach and Feta wrap (Starbucks)
3 pts - brocolli cheese soup (Quiznos) - love it!
4 pts - Cheddar cheese sunchips
8 pts - Caramel Pecan Muffin with Pecans (Reduced Fat - hahah!)
4 pts - iced tall non-fat peppermint hot chocolate
5 pts - WW dessert (2)
6 pts - Healthy Choice Frozen Dinner

35 PTS TOTAL (My daily allowance is 32...so not too bad, considering flex points. But I want to try not to use them since Thanksgiving was last week!)

Can you tell I need to go grocery shopping??? I totally went to starbucks with the girls, conveniently forgetting my no coffee thing...but realized just in time and got hot chocolate instead. Slowly weaning myself off the habit...

Working on my 2nd bottle of water (24 oz down, 48 ounces to go) water and Sprite Zero. Today is day 5 without Starbucks coffee. (had to modify the statement)

Finished the 2nd bottle of water but also had a coke zero...no points, but not doing well on the no soda thing!! (At least I had NO diet coke or coffee while at work):)

Good job on minimizing Starbucks - you are well overdue for that you know. And the gym is just as convenient to you as starbucks so go use it! :-)

Want to hear something ironic (don'tcha think?)...When michael was cleaning out my car he found a starbucks card that has $20 left on it.

Hmm...maybe I will give it as a gift...
